Construction of White Mallard Dam and its fish passage facility was completed in 2007. Fish screens at the Five Points/Behring Ranch Diversion Canel were also installed. The project improved fish passage conditions and better flow control for Chinook and steelhead, while also providing for agriculture and managed wetlands in the Butte Creek floodplain.
