The State Water Board approved the 1707 instream dedications of The Nature Conservancy’s water rights on the Big Springs Creek, ensuring that its water rights instream for fish and wildlife. The Nature Conservancy will continue to exercise our right to use the water for irrigation and stockwater on its ranch when it is not needed for salmon.
